From July 13-17, 2026, a Panel will hold a hearing under the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) regarding a Person-to-Government dispute Julmac Contracting Limited and the Government of New Brunswick.

The Panel is comprised of: Ms. Valerie Hughes (Chair), Mr. Robert Deane, and Mr. Drew Tyler. The hearing will begin at 9:00AM on July 13, 2026 and will be held in the Mary Louise Lynch Room at the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law.

The hearing is open to the public, and if individuals or organizations wish to attend, they are to register with the Internal Trade Secretariat (secretariat@its-sci.ca) by providing their name and contact information.
