February 11, 2025 – Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Parties have launched a new online portal for Canadian businesses and workers to provide feedback on internal trade issues that impact them most.

Federal, provincial, and territorial governments are striving to enhance internal trade across Canada. The online portal provides a single-entry point for the public to engage with internal trade officials, offer valuable perspectives about doing business across provincial borders, and help shape the future of internal trade in Canada.

By sharing their success stories and challenges, Canadians can provide critical information to help ensure the CFTA meets the evolving needs of businesses and workers nation-wide.

Valuable input gathered through the portal will help trade officials to better understand which areas of the CFTA are working well, and which areas may need further improvement.

The online portal also gives Canadians the opportunity to directly contact internal trade officials for assistance with their internal trade questions or concerns.

The CFTA helps facilitate the free flow of goods, services, investment, and workers across Canada. To join the conversation on internal trade and share your views, please visit the new online portal here.
