From July 13-17, 2026, a Panel will hold a hearing under the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) regarding a Person-to-Government dispute between Julmac Contracting Limited and the Government of New Brunswick. A livestream link is being made available to the public to view the proceedings.
